This depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. On average, Short-haired breeds: Every 8-12 weeks. Long-haired breeds: Every 4-6 weeks. Heavy shedders: Every 6-8 weeks with de-shedding treatments

A standard grooming session takes 1 1/2-3 hours, depending on the dog’s size, coat condition, and behaviour. For heavily matted coats or large breeds, it may take longer.

While we understand some owners like to stay, dogs often behave better when their owners are not present. For this reason, we recommend leaving your dog with us and enjoying some time to yourself.

Yes, we offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service for an additional fee. Your dog can also enjoy a full day at our doggy daycare at no extra charge on the day of their groom.

Severe matting may require shaving to prevent discomfort and skin issues. We will discuss this with you before proceeding. Please note that extra charges may apply for the additional time required to address matting.

If you notice fur on your furniture, clothes, or floor more often than usual, your dog may be shedding excessively. Our de-shedding treatment can help reduce shedding and keep your home cleaner.

Regular dog grooming helps keep your dog's coat and skin healthy and free from mats and knots. When matting becomes too tight it can cause blood vessels to burst or even result in hot spots and sores on the skin. As we are touching your dog all over we often are able to find things that you may have missed such as lumps, skin infections and ear problems.
